What syncs to your account

Your account information, interview plans, scripts, accepted revisions, and preparation chat are stored by the application so you can reopen your work. Avoid including information you do not have permission to share.

What stays on this device

Your camera recordings are stored locally in this browser. The application does not upload those recordings to its cloud library. Download important takes before clearing browser data or changing devices. Local storage can be removed by your browser or operating system.

AI preparation

When you choose AI preparation, your message and relevant project text are sent to Anthropic to prepare a response. Proposed changes only replace your working text when you accept them. You can write and edit your own text without using AI preparation.

Live microphone audio

When a live interviewer is enabled, microphone audio is transmitted to Google for voice interaction. The recording flow asks for your consent separately from camera and microphone permissions. Pausing the interviewer stops AI microphone transmission while local recording can continue.

Teleprompter recording does not send microphone audio to AI. Your camera and microphone are used for local capture after you grant browser permissions.

Service providers

The application is designed to use Firebase for authentication and synced project data, Vercel for hosting, Anthropic for AI preparation, and Google for interviewer speech. Availability depends on production configuration. Provider processing is subject to their applicable service terms and policies.

Local text recovery

Unsaved editor text may be kept in this browser to recover from connection loss. Recovery data is associated with your account and project. Successful sync removes that local recovery copy. Signing out does not erase device recordings.
